- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and flatten each one with a rolling pin until it is thin enough to fit through a pasta machine.
- Run the dough through the pasta machine, starting at the widest setting and gradually working down to the thinnest setting.
- Cut the pasta to your desired shape and cook in a large pot of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.
