- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
