Homemade Semolina Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Semolina Flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
- Add the eggs and mix until a crumbly dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out.
- Roll out the dough using a pasta roller, starting with the thickest setting and gradually thinning it out until it reaches your desired thickness.
- Cut the pasta into your desired shape and cook in boiling salted water until al dente, about 2-3 minutes.

Vegan Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb homemade Semolina Pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
